Notice: Threshold is Diverse
In the face of an everchanging world and an increasing level of wealth, magical ability, physical prowess and positioning - Threshold must maintain a firm stance on it's supportive nature to it's people.
Threshold is diverse.
In that diversity, we strive to protect those who might be different from what came before. That may look, act, worship, live or love differently.
Threshold will protect and support all who live within it's walls, that follow the law, that abide by the common courtesies and pay their taxes.
It does not matter if they have modified body parts, bloodlines, changed gender, height, weight, are in a relationship that seems unusual to others. Follow a religion that is not widely represented. Are from a world that is very far away and has incredibly different nuanced customs.
Each person is afforded the right to live in peace and harmony. To be treated appropriately by others. To be safe from persecution.
One must never assume that diversity came at a certain cost, or price. That they have devalued or harmed themselves or others.
All concerns as always must go first to the Council, for review - before spreading inappropriate rumours at the cost of the peace and harmony of the City and the population. Always consider each other as worthy of the right to live a good and healthful life, first. What you wish from your time in the City.
We are kind and we are tolerant, but we will not tolerate intolerance.
Because Threshold is diverse.
Verity Voclain - On Behalf of the Council of 1050: Councilor Marehi Miller, Councilor Kalisa Inciya, Councilor Verity Voclain for The City of Threshold.
//OOC note: This speaks especially to metagaming the outcome of something that may need 'an alignment' of sorts. You don't have access to the alignments of people (unless you are a paladin with a supported check system), and the canonical lore of M:A works outside the limited system of alignments. So the belief of something you know to be mechanically true, does not mean that you have the ability to know that in character. It's possible it was done outside the 'normal' way of mechanics and therefore someone with dragon wings may not even be RDD. etc.
