Cleric 17 / Rogue 10 / Paladin 9
This build is a typical martial cleric, buff and bash playstyle.
Rogue allows for exploration skills like disable traps, open lock, and useful skills like UMB and Tumble.
Paladin increases your ability to lean into Charisma, increasing saves, and the benefits of Divine Shield & Divine Might, while also granting access to the often overlooked skill, Taunt.
Cleric Domains.
• Trickery provides good synergy with the rogue levels, and access to improved invisibility, which is very useful for survival in epic levels.
• Travel provides access to haste, which is the primary purpose of selecting this domain. If they will regularly be partied with an arcane caster, who can cast haste on them, then this domain could be changed to any other of your choosing.
The level split does mean that your cleric spells are coming in late, your melee ability is being held back by two “middle” AB classes, on top of also having an XP penalty, so the levelling process will be slow.
