[RP] Vault of Pandius: Karameikos setting library

To echo the above note, Pandius and the Piazza are great resources and are bristling with ideas. However, they're both unofficial and are the products of 20+ years of player generated content, much as Black Horizon was. They all diverge from "official" canon (as depicted by the Mystara Gazetteers and various box sets) around the same time, so treat them as sources of inspiration or alternate realities, but don't take them as irrefutable fact.
