This notice is posted around Threshold and Verge:
Citizens of Karameikos,
The neighbouring island nation of Ierendi has been wracked by an unusually bad hurricane season, as well as a strange, previously unknown disease.
In the spirit of aid and friendship, I have seen to it that the King's Forces dispatch such assistance as they can.
Due to the ongoing war, however, the support we can offer is limited.
Therefore, I would like to ask any private citizens who are able to donate goods to assist in the relief efforts. The following things are desired:
-Gold
-Penhaligon Consortium Letters
-Healing supplies, especially those that can be used to treat disease and/or poison
-Equipment which allows the wearer to resist diseases, poisons, or corrosive substances
-General protective equipment used during construction such as helmets, gloves, boots, etc.
Donations may be delivered at Tarnskeep or in Threshold or Verge main squares.
Thank you for your assistance.
Mage Guardian Kalisa Inciya
Tarnskeep Garrison Commander
OOC: If your character wishes to contribute, place the things they're donating in a bin and include a screenshot. You can also make other donations based on resources your character would reasonably have available but are not represented as items/gold in-game. Feel free to reply in this thread both with donations and any other IC actions regarding this.

Artur Dantilles entreats the Penhaligon Merchant's Consortium manager to fast-track efforts to establish a teleportation link to the beleaguered island nation. He has pledged a donation of gold, potions and healing supplies.

Síochánta meanders out of her house one evening, wearing a silken dress, as black and shiny as the raven feathers that adorn it- clearly much more showy than her typical attire. She picks her time carefully, having watched the crowds forming around the Pride and Serpent, dinner has begun, but people are not so far into their drinks that they aren't aware of the situation.
Swan takes the long path to the donation chest, making sure that her presence is known (although when is it not?), before she stops, and places four large bundles down. The first: A carefully stacked arrangement of one hundred potions- antidotes to counter active poisons, or lesser quality restorative potions, to remove the after-effects from those already through the worst stages of a poisoning. The Second: A larger bundle, one full of clean bandages and healing salves, the kind that adventurers or priests commonly use to help treat poison, disease and minor injuries, if you were to estimate the number of kits, based on the size of the bundle, the number would approach, if not meet one hundred kits. The Third: Trinkets and tokens of raven feathers tied to the leaves of tropical plants placed in freshly woven baskets, alongside a gathering of apples and apples of the earth. The Fourth: She places a chest on the ground, and opens it, revealing it to be empty. Then she shuffles a pouch from her hip onto her shoulder, like one might carry a sack of rice of salt... Swan then runs a finger along the edge of the pouch, to flick it open, as she leans over the chest. Gold begins to pour from some magical space into the chest, she stands there letting it literally rain gold into this chest, with a continuous chime and song. It seems like this could go on forever, when she abruptly stops, stands up straight & closes the chest with her bare foot. Any serious merchants or adventurers - really the only sort of people that are ever around this much gold can begin to estimate how much she gives - and those that dare guess, they all agree it was at least two million coin.
Turning to face the gathering audience, Síochánta makes one small comment. "Your turn"
In the early morning hours before the sun rises, Len walks into Threshold, the soft green light that seems to always envelop her lights her path as she walks forward to make her donation. A small box is carried in her arms, and she places it down before putting another sheet on top to mark the contents within.
Three full stacks of healing kits (+1) Seven kits of healing kits (+10) Restoration scroll Greater restoration scroll Five raise dead scrolls. Three resurrection scrolls
A chest is then set down beside it and left unmarked as to the quantity within or what it holds. Len reaches once more into her pack and then begins to pull out an assortment of toys and books, along with paints and dyes for entertainment for the children. She places these on a table nearby so that they do not fall to the ground and break.
She then, as many would expect her to do, place two boxes of Tosen's Treats down with it and turns away, hoping that those that need it can get the comfort and safety they seek.
Two Militia stumble upon a large crate that is marked IERENDI DONATION - Bound 4 Ierendi!
They bring it to the donation spot with a puzzled reaction in return. Once all assembled finally agree to open it. Deliberately slowly, a rope wrapped hand raises up with a rose between fingers. The other hand, with a large bag of gold. Emerging eventually, a ribbon/rope wrapped Zaire Jin Reyes appears after slowly unfolding herself from the small crate. She hands her donation bags to them one by one, totaling an obviously large amount.
Then asking if she can get delivered over or if she has to walk herself to get back home to the Islands?
Artur Dantilles leaves a donation for the Ierendi relief fund at the Tarnskeep collection point. Aside from a sum of gold, the package includes healing supplies and items for the treatment of poisons and other afflictions.
A document bearing the the insignia of the Order of the Three Suns is also submitted, stating that Artur offers to personally travel to the isles in the capacity of both a peacekeeper and healer.

Following Artur's urging, donation, and promise for in-person assistance, as well as the obvious interest from the adventuring population more generally, the Penhaligon Merchant Consortium redoubles their efforts to open a teleport to Ierendi.
//Expect further developments/build work related to this within the next week or so. Feel free to continue posting further donations/actions related to this issue in this thread, the matter is far from closed.

A ship marked with the customary emblem of Desert Sands docks at the port in Ierendi with an official donation, as well as work crew. Attached to the conation is an elaborately decorated note, with Ajamar's personal seal.
Desert Sands is happy to assist our friends in Ierendi in this time of crisis, when confronted both by a harsh hurricane season and an unnatural plague. Please accept our small token of friendship and support in your time of hardship. We have sent coin, healing supplies and gems from our luxury goods trade, that can be sold and used at your discretion.
Additionally, our vessel includes not only construction materials, but also a work team from our best contractors who specialize both in shipyards and ocean-going vessels to assist in the repairs of your docks and ships. With your resources concentrated on your people, we are able to assist in making sure trade and transport continue unabated, and supplies can quickly reach your people.
We look forward to our continued friendship, and will continue to assist in your troubled times.

Following Ajamar's investment, a passenger ship route has been established between Ylaruam and Ierendi. Although it's currently rather pricey. Perhaps the cost will come down, later.

A Penhaligon Consortium Magemaster has arrived in Ierendi City, near the docks. But no portal is yet available... The Magemaster is, by all reports, rather agitated. Perhaps somebody should go talk to him. Perhaps he has a problem that a group of adventurers might solve.

Whatever the holdup was with the Penhaligon teleport to Ierendi, the matter seems to have been resolved. This teleport route is now open. Although, rumors have begun to circulate that perhaps the Penhaligon teleports are not quite as Totally Safe And Reliable as promised...
