The severed head of a shadow elf woman has been placed on one of the spikes topping Threshold's walls near the gate to the Black Woods. Those who knew her may recognise the features of Lilliana Vess.

Below it is placed a simple placard that reads: "So end all those who would falsely claim dominion over this land."
