[Server Info] Logging of Communications on Mystara Alternate

All,

Please be advised that all player and DM Chats (public and private) are logged on Mystara Alternate. This has been implemented to ensure that in the event of a serious incident occurring, such as ‘In Game Abuse’ or ‘Sexual Harassment’, that the Logs can be reviewed and appropriate actions are taken, up to and including provision of Logs. This decision has been made by myself (Sporaxis: owner/operator) of Mystara Alternate, with input from the Core team, to ensure that I meet my duty of care to the Core team and Players from a moral, profession and potentially a legal perspective.

Note the following:
- Access to logs covering player/DM Tells is restricted to myself (Sporaxis) and a duly authorised delegate (Core Team)
- Logs are not reviewed unless a Core team member makes a formal request to me to review the Logs
- Logs are not released in entirety to the Core team, unless a situation warrants release, and even then in only a limited manner.
- Logs covering IC Chat is requestable by the Core team, however all private communications is removed prior to release.

- DM – Talk
- DM to DM Tells
- DM to Player Tells
- DM – Shout
- Server messages
